Inspection and maintenance of breaking hammer

Confirm the condition of bolts, nuts, etc.:

The falling off of bolts and nuts during operation will lead to serious accidents. Therefore, before use, please check whether the bolts and nuts at all parts are loose, damaged and fallen off, and tighten or replace them if necessary.

Apply lubricating grease to the steel drill:

Please fill grease once 3 hours after operation. (Note: Be sure to add grease when the steel drill is compacted.) If the steel drill is filled in the air, the lubricating grease will enter the striking chamber, which may generate abnormal high pressure during operation, thus damaging the hammer. Therefore, be sure to add grease when the steel drill is compacted.

Check the hydraulic oil quantity and pollution degree:

Before use, please confirm whether the hydraulic oil tank is full of oil. Timely confirm the pollution degree of hydraulic oil, because hydraulic oil pollution is one of the main reasons for machine failure. Note: It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil every 500 hours.

1、 Unable to work:

1. The nitrogen pressure of rear casing is too high------ Adjust to the scale pressure.

2. The oil temperature is too low. Especially in winter in the south------- Increase heating setting.

3. The stop valve is not closed------ Close the stop valve.

4. The hydraulic oil is insufficient-------- Fill hydraulic oil.

5. The pipeline pressure is too low ------ adjust the pressure

6. Pipeline connection error ----- accurate connection

7. The control pipeline has problems ------ check the control pipeline.

8. The reversing valve is stuck ------ grinding

9. Piston is stuck ------ grinding

10. The drill rod and flat pin are stuck

11. The nitrogen pressure is too high ------ Adjust to the standard value

2、 Too low impact force:

1. The pressure is too low. Insufficient flow ------ regulating pressure

2. The nitrogen pressure of the rear body is too low -------- Adjust the nitrogen pressure

3. High pressure nitrogen pressure is insufficient ------ add to the standard pressure

4. The reversing valve or piston is roughened or the clearance is too large ------ grinding or replacement

5. The oil return is not smooth ------ check the pipeline

3、 Insufficient number of impacts:

1. The nitrogen pressure of the afterbody is too high ------ Adjust to the standard value

2. Shuttle valve or piston galling ------ grinding

3. The oil return is not smooth ------ check the pipeline

4. System pressure is too low ------ adjust to abnormal pressure

5. The frequency regulator is not adjusted well ----- mediation

6. The function of hydraulic pump is low ------ check the oil pump

4、 Undeformed impact:

1. Do not impact when pressing, but impact when lifting a little bit ------ inner sleeve is worn. Exchange

2. Fast and slow ------ wash the outside of the hydraulic hammer. Occasionally grind the valve or piston

3. This kind of environment will also occur if the hydraulic pump is in a low function ----- oil pump calibration
