The power source of the hydraulic breaking hammer is the pressure provided by the excavator, loader or pump station, which can more effectively break rocks and rocks in engineering construction and improve the working efficiency. We need to warm up the machine before using the hydraulic hammer. Many people think that this step is tedious and a waste of time. It can still be used without going ahead. In fact, it is necessary to warm up the engine, so what's the use?

1. The characteristics of the hydraulic breaking hammer itself determine that the breaking hammer has large striking force and fast frequency, which is much faster than other hammers to wear the sealing components, so warming up can slow down the process of oil seal wear.

2. When the hydraulic oil is stationary, it is a solid oil film that sticks between the piston and the oil seal. The breaking hammer warms up to let the wet hydraulic oil wash the relatively solid hydraulic oil film and build a new hydraulic oil film to spread the oil seal, so as to ensure that the piston and oil seal will not be damaged by strain at the initial stage.

3. When the hammer starts to work, it is in a cold state. Suddenly, the hot oil will expand and contract, which will cause considerable damage to the oil seal. In addition, the rapid movement will easily lead to oil leakage and frequent oil seal replacement. Therefore, warming the engine in front of the hammer is more beneficial than harmful to both customers and us.

Note that the warm-up procedure is to lift the breaker vertically off the ground, step on the foot valve for about 1/3 of the stroke, and see that the main oil inlet pipe has a slight shake (the oil pipe near the cab side). Keep the foot stroke for about 20-40 minutes.
